LISA Upgrade: Asset Management Enhancements

We’re excited to introduce a new feature release to LISA Aircraft Records Management!

With this upgrade, we get closer to generating a live asset management of aircraft.

What’s New?

🔄 Asset (Un-)Assignment

  • Major assemblies installed on an aircraft, such as  Engines, APU, LDG, THS Actuators, and RAT, can now be assigned and moved across aircraft, accurately mirroring real-life component changes and fleet-wide swaps.

  • Assets can also be de-assigned for scenarios such as Shop Visits, Logistics, Storage, or when setting the asset status to Transition (e.g. for delivery purposes). In such cases, they will be displayed in the “Standalone” view of the “My Assets” and “Entities/Assets” (for administrators) modules.

ℹ️ Whether assigned or de-assigned, all associated records, Archive, A2K, Client-Reviewed Records, queries, and reports remain linked to the asset for full records continuity.

What’s Next for LISA?

  • Aircraft contract management

  • Aircraft status list management out of LISA

  • Introduction of query list types for varying purposes

  • Better records sharing and downloading from Archive, A2K, and Client sections

  • Additional user access roles

  • Various quality of life improvements

  • Upgrades to infrastructure, back- and front-end

Stay tuned for more updates and exciting features!
