  • Report Date

Main Assemblies

🚀 Powerful List Management

Work faster with flexible editing:

  • Add / remove rows (bulk actions supported)
  • Edit values directly in the table
  • Assign entries to aircraft records or queries
  • Manage approval workflow:

→ Draft
→ In Review
→ Approved

  • Detect and highlight duplicates instantly
  • Export status lists to Excel

📊 Aircraft Status Lists Import

With our pre-defined MS Excel templates, users can upload existing aircraft status reports directly into LISA Aircraft Records Management.
How it works
  • First upload: all records are fully imported into LISA
  • Subsequent uploads: LISA performs a row-by-row validation based on Part Number (P/N) and Serial Number (S/N):
    • If a record already exists with identical data → skipped
    • If a record exists but contains any differences → new entry with status “Draft”
    • If no record exists (new data) → new entry with status “Draft”

Support for Excel Formula-Based Columns
Excel columns containing formulas or computed values are now fully supported during the import process, ensuring accurate data processing without manual adjustments (LISA Status Reports excel upload template needed)

Enhanced Duplicate Visibility
When handling duplicate records, differences are now clearly highlighted, allowing users to quickly identify and assess data variations with improved clarity. This ensures full traceability while avoiding unnecessary duplicates and preserving data integrity.

📊 Aircraft Status Lists Export

Users can export aircraft status lists to MS Excel. When exporting, there are the following options to select:

  • Draft

  • In Review

  • Approved

Furthermore, we provide a Version History for audit purposes.

📑 Aircraft Contract Library

To support structured management of aircraft-related agreements, we’ve introduced a dedicated contract library module:

  • Accessible only to users with appropriate permissions

  • Simplified and purpose-driven metadata display:

    • No A2K labels
    • No document type recognition
    • No query processing
  • Streamlined setup:

    • No label rule processing
    • No automated document recognition
  • Optional document types tailored for contracts:

    • Lease Agreement
    • Letter of Intent (LOI)
    • Return / Delivery Conditions
  • No OneDrive integration required, ensuring a clean and controlled self-served environment

Expanded Document Type Options

We’ve added several new document types to improve classification and usability at both document level and page level to provide more flexibility and accuracy in organizing aircraft records. The newly added document types are:

  • Certificates
  • LOPA
  • Insurance
  • Dent & Buckle Chart
  • Log Book
  • Goods Receiving Note
  • Discrepancy Card
  • Lease Agreement
  • Letter of Intent (LOI)
