LISA Upgrade: Performance Improvements and Workflow Enhancements

Your LISA experience just got even better.

We are pleased to announce the latest update to LISA Aircraft Records Management, focused on improving system performance, simplifying key processes, and expanding functionality to better support your daily operations.

What’s New?

Infrastructure Improvements

We have enhanced our infrastructure, resulting in a faster and more responsive user experience. Users will notice reduced loading times when working with asset lists, selecting and editing assets, and opening or viewing documents throughout the application.

Faster Review and Release of Aircraft Records

To further improve the workflow of releasing reviewed records to external parties, we have introduced a new way to update record statuses in bulk.

Users can now set entire A2K sections, including all sub-labels, to Reviewed in just a few clicks:

  1. Select the desired A2K label or sub-label.
  2. Open the kebab menu.
  3. Choose “Change Status to Reviewed”.
  4. All records within the selected label and its sub-labels will be updated to Reviewed.

As before, records with the status “In Clarification” will not be affected. The existing record status change functionality remains available and works as before.

⭐ New Aircraft Status List Types

We continue to expand the Aircraft Status Lists functionality with the introduction of two new list types:

  • Airframe Service Bulletins (SBs)
  • Engine Service Bulletins (SBs)

Additional Aircraft Status List types are already in development and will be released in the coming weeks.

What’s Next for LISA?

  • Updated status list types
  • Better records sharing and downloading from Archive, A2K, and Client sections
  • Better customer onboarding and in-app support
  • Additional user access roles
  • Improved user onboarding experience.
  • Various quality of life improvements to make LISA more user-friendly and efficient.

We sincerely appreciate your feedback, ideas, and suggestions, which help us improve LISA continuously. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out to us at support@amroslisa.aero.
