1. 🔐 Frontend Upgrades Improved Security: We have upgraded our infrastructure to the latest security standards, increasing security against unwanted threads when working in LISA. Your data is now more secure than ever! Refreshed UI: The UI of LISA was slightly upgraded in line with state-of-the-art UI design standards and practices, making navigating in LISA an even smoother experience. Furthermore, the application runs significantly faster now!

   📂 Query Management Copy Queries: Easily duplicate queries for faster handling of similar cases. ℹ️ Note: Conversation history and labels are not copied.  Last Commented: See the latest comment timestamp directly on query cards. New Query Types: Added more categories for better granularity. Advanced Filters: Broader search options, including filtering by priority. Labels on Queries: IATA delivery binder labels now visible on query cards.

   ⚡ Quality of Life Improvements Version Notifications: We have expanded the notifications on LISA for when we perform version releases, allowing for easier navigation to find the latest upgrades to LISA. File Size Display: You can now see the size of each file on the Archive tab. ‘Created By’ Filter: On asset and fleet search, you can now filter by the person who uploaded the file with the filter “Created by”.
